The Digital Associate is AVI's advanced, interactive, solid state media player designed for playback of MPEG 1 & 2 video and audio files, as well as still images. Compressed digital media memory is stored on compact flash cards and offers standard, looped or scheduled playback options. Outputs are NTSC or PAL compliant and the player is capable of driving any size of CRT,TFT,LCD or Plasma screen.
Unlike DVD-based systems, its unique solid state (diskless & fanless), self-cooling design is ideal for continual play and guarantees long lifespan. The Digital Associate also uses a non-Window's system which requires no expensive software license, unlike a pc-based application.
